1. Open Windows Live Mail , go to Tools menu and select Accounts...

2. Click the "Add..." button.

    

3. Make sure 'Manually configure server' is ticked and click on "Next" button.

   Within the 'Add an E-mail Account' screen:

   • Select POP from the list of server types.
   • Enter mail.domain.co.za in the "Incoming Mail Server" field.
   • Enter  mail.domain.co.za in the "Outgoing Mail Server" field.

   

4. Make sure 'My outgoing server requires authentication' is ticked and click on "Next" button.

          

Your Mail account is now configured to check and send mail.
